Cornus alba 'Aurea' is an easy-to-grow shrub that quickly fills a gap in the border. Its summer blooms are cream, and its large leaves are a glowing, golden colour. But it's the red winter stems that really dazzle, bringing incredible winter colour to the garden. Dogwood is a resilient, problem-free shrub for a sunny spot. It enjoys a moist, well-drained soil, but can also tolerate consistently damp areas. Height: 3m (10'). Spread: 2.4m (8').
