There is also a handy countdown timer that can be set from 1-15 minutes, it can be paused at any time by turning the speed control button to 0 and will automatically resume when the mixer is started back up. The stand mixer is also supplied with a handy splash guard with an opening to add ingredients as well as an easy-to-read digital display.
