If your rug is wet the best thing to do is stretch it out on a flat surface and leave it there. Do not use heat such as a hairdryer or radiator and don’t even leave it in the sun. Too much heat on a wet sheepskin can cause the leather underside to harden, shrink or warp. The best to avoid this is to not get it too wet in the first place!
