John Lewis Collector's House Embroidered Napkins
Description
A set of four embroidered napkins from our Collector's House range. There are two of each shade in the pack. Made from 100% cotton, they can be washed by machine which makes them suitable for everyday use. For Collector's House we reinvented archival textiles from the John Lewis & Partners Heritage centre, which houses a rich library of designs produced for John Lewis & Partners and others going back as far as the 19th century. We took a fresh, creative approach, reworking archive pieces and using them to inspire new, original designs, drawing on fashion influences to inform compositions and techniques. There is a movement towards a bold, maximalist approach to home decorating, which is reflected in the rich colour palette and variety of fabrics and techniques used across the collection.
