This saute pan is the next generation of non-stick, featuring a specially formulated 3-layer, circular technology system for exceptional food release. No oil is necessary. The innovative non-stick formula is long-lasting. Crafted from heavy-gauge hard-anodized materials, twice as hard as stainless steel, it is exceptionally durable cookware. It features an extra-thick steel base which heats quickly with no hot spots. Suitable for all hobs including induction and oven-safe up to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. The handles have been tested and re-tested for durability and safety. Three-layer non-stick system, the ultra total non-stick system lasts longer and prevents sticking. The hi-low system with grooves ensures high resistance to abrasion, allowing you to cook healthy food with little to no oil.
