Since meeting Angel, Dick recognized her obsession with flowers, and with their two children Arthur and Dorothy they made it their mission to create a magical place for Angel to cut from. Angel’s style is different. She uses many botanicals, herbs, and dried flower heads in The Chateau itself and also for weddings. Angel’s love for the abundant floral inspiration and creatures that live amongst the flowers has been the basis for this whimsical yet elegant design. The wildflower garden captures the beauty found in the wildness of these flowers; the intermingling of tendrils with the rich variety of shapes and forms creates a web of allure.
