Cervelo S-Series Disc Road Frameset 2021 With a sophisticated construction and versatile design concept, the Cervelo S-Series Disc Road Frameset bestows the highest level of performance when sprinting, on a solo break or charging over heavily undulating terrain. The aerodynamically chiselled tube sections slip through the air with aplomb helping the rider to achieve faster speeds without having to produce any more watts. These refined tube shapes are realised in an advanced grade of carbon fibre that is laid within a stringent pattern to give a perfect balance of lateral stiffness and vertical compliance. The frame tubes are linked within a balanced geometry format that is poised perfectly to grant nimble but composed handling. The Cervelo-specific BBright bottom bracket configuration allows for larger tube sections in this area, markedly increasing the frame’s reactivity. At the same time, the increased tyre clearance permits the use of broader, plusher rubber for lowered rolling resistance and a smoother ride over rough surfaces. The package is completed with an aerodynamic handlebar and stem partnership, that completely hides all brake hoses and gear cables via a unique quill setup and a drag lowering, bladed seatpost.
