P-Series Ultegra 8070 Di2 Disc TT/Triathlon Bike 2022 The P-Series Ultegra 8070 Di2 Disc TT/Triathlon Bike from Cervelo draws on the company’s long history of producing extremely fast bikes to offer a compelling combination of a carbon frame, hi-spec electronic groupset and carbon wheels. The frame shape ensures minimal wind resistance and fantastic power transfer through the use of a clever carbon layup and slippery tube shapes. It also has sufficient compliance that it absorbs fatigue-inducing vibrations from the road so that the speed can be maintained for longer. Zipp’s Vuka Bull Carbon handlebar and extensions offer excellent adjustability so that a powerful and efficient position can be found and held for the duration of the race. Shimano’s electronic 11-speed Ultegra Di2 groupset is a perfect fit for the bike, offering superb, fingertip shifting and powerful braking - areas that are often compromised on a time trial bike due to the slightly awkward handlebar configuration. The carbon Reserve 50 wheelset is a particular highlight of the build, with a 21mm internal width, low weight rim and lovely DT370 hubs from DT Swiss they are ideal for racing and training alike.
