Indoor training is a brilliant way to get a focused training session done without having to battle traffic, junctions and foul weather. The semi-open mesh fabric is just on the verge of transparency, maximising airflow without affecting modesty, ideal for a group training session for instance. It's also quick to wick away sweat before it pools uncomfortably on the skin and it's quick-drying too for greater comfort as you cool down after your efforts. A full-length zipper makes control of extra ventilation easy and if you do want to strip off after warm-up then it's nice and easy to do so. Two pockets on the back make stashing a smartphone, or headband or nutrition easy, whatever you need for a good training session. A low collar and short waist mean enhanced airflow too.
