With an eco-aware construction, using 100% recycled fabrics, it's kinder for the environment too. Velo Light fabric, made by performance-fabric experts Sitip, is deployed to the front and the back of the jersey. This material is quick to deal with sweat, keeping you comfortably dry as you apply ever more power to the pedals. The sleeves, meanwhile, use a 3D mesh fabric, giving a sleek finish and ensuring excellent breathability. If you do get too warm, the full-length front zipper makes it easy to boost airflow and regulate body temperature. While pro riders squeeze into ever tighter jerseys, the Giro 104 Competizione Jersey has a tailored fit more suited towards us amateurs who perhaps like a bit more space (particularly after a cafe/cake stop). While the fit is still streamlined, it's a more generous cut than Castelli's pro jerseys and the stretch fabrics also help in this regard, making it easy to move. At the waist, the silicone gripper prevents the jersey from riding up and three rear pockets offer space for all your cycling essentials.
