The Cannondale SystemSix Ultegra 2019 Aero Road Bike is the entry level model in the SystemSix range. You get the same frame and fork design as on the higher end models but you don’t get the full on aero profile wheels. With a Di2 ready frame the SystemSix Ultegra is a capable bike on it’s own but one that also makes a great platform for upgrades. The Cannondale SystemSix was designed to be the fastest and most efficient UCI-legal road bike in the world. Cannondale designed it from the ground up, starting by making the fastest and most Aero wheels they could (the Cannondale HollowGram KNØT64) and then building the rest of the bike around them. The SystemSix system includes specially designed handlebars and stems to keep the front aero profile nice and smooth while allowing adjustment so you get the perfect fit. The SystemSix has been designed to be an aero bike you can use everyday. It cuts through the wind on the flat but can also climb well, meaning it is faster than almost any other bike on anything other than the steepest mountain days. The ride position on the SystemSix is race orientated and gives you a flat back for flat out speed and fast handling. The SystemSix Ultegra is a great entry path into the world of true aero bikes at a fraction of the cost of bikes from other brands. It doesn’t come with the Cannondale HollowGram KNØT64 that the SystemSix platform was designed around but these can be added later as an easy upgrade. This bike is perfect for Riders who want a full on aero race bike but need to stick to a budget. The wheels can easily be upgraded later on and the gearing can be upgraded to Di2 when it wears out to give you a top end spec bike.
