Callaway Rogue ST MAX Golf Irons - Steel The Callaway Rogue ST MAX Golf Irons feature the new high strength 450 A.I. Face Cup that has never been seen before in the golf industry. The 450 high strength steel has been combined with Callaway's A.I. designed Flash Face Cup to generate more ball speed and increase the consistency that this ball speeds can be reached. Applying the A.I. Face Optimisation for the Rogue ST MAX allows for unique design for each model and loft option to create a spin rate which is consistent across the entire face of the golf club. This optimisation creates higher launch and COR, plus a more controlled landing angle to help balls played onto the green to stay there. With the Rogue ST MAX Irons, Callaway have added their new precision tungsten weighting features, with the ability to have up to 62 grams of high-density tungsten, an increase over the MAVRIK Irons of 260%. This weight provides improved launch conditions and also maximises the speed that can be generated across the face. Callaway have also managed to push the innovations using their patented Urethane Microsphere, a technology which absorbs undesirable vibrations on impact without affecting the speed at which the ball comes off the face. These microspheres have now been pushed further up the face in the Rogue Irons (up to the 6th groove of the face) to not only enhance the sound of the club connecting with the ball, but to also deliver a pure feel while maintaining fast ball speeds.
