Imbued with vitamin-rich rose oils, it leaves skin clean and hydrated in a few simple sweeps with a cotton pad.

How to use:
Shake before use to mix the two phases, then apply to the face and neck using a cotton pad to remove all makeup including long-lasting and waterproof formulas. Rinse if necessary.
