As it has been so popular with mountain bikers, Brand-X has now made its Ascend dropper seatpost available for drop bar enthusiasts too. This particular model adopts the smaller 27.2mm diameter as used on road, gravel and CX bikes, plus has a shorter travel range to suit the type of riding that these bikes are for. As long as your frame has dropper post internal cable routing, you can now easily tweak your riding position on the move for increased comfort and pedalling efficiency.
