The Boya BY-M1000 Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone is a professional mic designed for studio recording applications. It offers three different polar patterns: cardioid, omnidirectional, and figure-8. The cardioid mode provides a focused vocal pickup, whilst the omnidirectional mode can pick up sounds from all directions, and the figure-8 mode deadens the side microphones while allowing sound capture from opposite ends. You can switch to your preferred sound capturing mode as per your required project. The microphone has a flat frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz and a -10 dB filter to lower the volume of loud sound sources.
