Oscar nominated Sharon Stone plays Sofie Talbert, a hard hitting journalist looking into illegal immigration into the United States. When she discovers that her brother in Mexico has gone missing she decides to try and find him. What she discovers shocks her, as she witnesses first-hand the brutal reality that immigrants face as they risk their lives trying to cross the border into America.
