This exciting new black and white Body Sculpture power trainer comes with 4 different programmes - using the manual programme you can adjust the speed and time by hand, or use the 3 pre-set programmes which will run on the selected programme. The computer displays the time and speed, which ranges from level 1 to 16. The power trainer has adjustable feet under the stand if the floor surface is uneven, plus it's also height adjustable. The instruction manual also has a range of exercise positions to help get you started.
