Isabelle & Max furniture is tested in our in-house laboratory at every stage of production to ensure it meets European standards EN 716 and EN 122223. We are one of the first manufacturers in Europe to use water-based UV lacquers without solvents and we have achieved formaldehyde concentrations that are two times lower than the minimum stipulated in European standard EN 13986 (4mg, whereas the standard stipulates 8mg per 100g).
