This 24cm Blue Pro casserole pot is an innovative and high functioning kitchen essential that will allow you to cook curries, chilli’s, casseroles, and other one-pot dishes, all from the comfort of your own kitchen. The Blue Pro casserole pot has been manufactured from aluminium, and features an inventive 5-layer construction that not only allows the heat to conduct quicker, but will also retain the heat for longer throughout the cooking process, allowing for the perfect results for your meals every time. The casserole dish also features a blue coloured high-shine coating, that both adds to the overall robustness of the pot, as well as giving it its non-stick and anti-scratch properties. The saucepot comes complete with a tempered glass lid that allows you to keep all the heat inside the pot when cooking, as well as letting you keep an eye on proceedings at the same time, ensuring nothing boils over or spoils on the hob. The non-stick cookpot is suitable to be used in the oven, and can withstand temperatures of up to 220°C, making it a great option for those meals that need some added heating time once the initial preparation is complete. The casserole pot comes complete with 2 individual stainless steel handles, (one either side of the pot), that are both ergonomic, and cool to touch, (apart from when being used in the oven). This saucepot is like every Blackmoor pot and pan in the sense that it can be used on all hob types, such as gas, electric, induction, as well as on hotplates when cooking on the move.
