The helmet contains EPP foam and an EPS foam puck fused together to form a 2-piece ABS shell construction, whilst added coverage on both the sides and back keeps you extra safe. The ventilation provided from the Black Diamond Capitan helmet allows substantial airflow to keep you cool on hot days and hardcore ascents. The helmet also contains a ratchet adjuster with moulded push buttons at the back and the ratcheting suspension tucks away for easy storage and transportation.
