With a powerful hammer action for drilling into concrete or masonry and a 10 position clutch which provides precise torque control, the BCD700S has a variable speed trigger which provides fingertip control over all tasks, while the choice of gears enable the user to select either low speed and high torque (for driving screws) or high speed (for rapid drilling). The BDCIM18 provides 210Nm of torque for driving and removing large screws, bolts and fixings. It's built for durability, with an overmoulded housing and metal gear casing for extra protection, though it's compact size, low weight of 1.1kg, and anti-slip soft grip handle ensure it remains comfortable, controllable and secure in the hand while in operation. The battery supplied with this power tool kit is also compatible with all other products in the Black & Decker 18v Lithium range of cordless DIY & Garden power tools.
