First sold in 1824, the Mackintosh - shortened to 'Mac' - has been an outerwear essential for all. As the original manufacturer of waxed cotton for outerwear, we thought it appropriate to use British Millerain materials for our Signature Mac. Constructed from a lightweight cotton with a detachable quilt lining (for the unpredictable weather forecast). The addition of a throat latch retains the collars position, especially for blistering days; equally the collar can be buttoned back when not in use. Featuring Corozo nut buttons and sleeve adjusters at the wrists, this iconic coat is quite simply a must have. Dry clean only. Main 100% Cotton. Detachable Lining 100% Polyester.
