There is a weatherproof barrel cover to reduce the effects of corrosion and rust.The cable lock has a vinyl covering for anti-pick and anti-cut protection.Due to the U-Lock being mounted on the end of the cable, the rest of the 1.6m length can be threaded through frames and wheels when locked shut.
