Fatboy Floor lamp Grey Metal. Dimensions: H 234 cm - Depth: 186 cm - Base: Ø 64 cm - Cable: L 300 cm. A relaxed, fun and modern look for this oversized metal floor lamp with a curved shape. Like pearls on a string, the four, round lampshades balance along the metal stem. The lampshades can be adjusted to diffuse light in several directions: they flood the space with light. This light boasts majestic proportions, and there are infinite ways to bend it to suit what you want in terms of space and lighting. The lowest lampshade can be used as a reading light to read the daily paper or to work, whilst the lampshades at the top of the arc diffuse general lighting. The long, arched stem means you can decentralise the lighting from its base. The Big Lebow floor lamp can this be used to replace a hanging light with its top lighting. It will make the perfect addition next to a dining table, a sofa, or above a desk… To create the Big Lebow floor lamp, designers from the Dutch design studio Kranen/Gille drew inspirations from the curves and XXL proportions of the lampposts found on public roads. Like Fatboy, Jos Kranen and Johannes Gille are passionate about developing archetype products, with powerful designs rooted at the core of a product. The Big Lebow has been designed to brighten up your life, for many years to come.: It is elegant, solid, and well-designed, right down to the tiniest details. For example, the oversized dimmer positioned on the cable resembles a quiz button! Press it to switch the arched floor lamp on or off, and turn it to adjust the lighting brightness. In order to create spectacular staging in a large space, you can join two Big Lebow floor lamps together using a connection kit to create a whole arch measuring 3.5 metres in width!
