Berberis thunbergii 'Golden Dream'
Description
A colourful deciduous shrub which is perfect for small gardens. Berberis thunbergii 'Golden Dream' produces a dense covering of small golden leaves on contrasting bright red stems. Pretty white flowers adorn the branches in spring, which are attractive to bees. In autumn these are followed by red berries and the leaves take on a warm orange glow for an extended season of interest. A neat and compact habit makes this Barberry excellent for adding contrast to the middle of borders or brightening up areas of dappled shade. Height and spread: 150cm (60).
