In 2016, Bell and Ross Watches became the official watch partner of the Renault Sport Formula One team and to celebrate four years of partnership they have released this striking Bell & Ross BR-X1 Tourbillon R.S.20 Limited Edition. Bell and Ross have always had a love for motor sport since it shares so many similarities with the world of aviation and horology. These industries seek out performance, precision, speed and innovation, four key elements that can be found in every Bell and Ross watch. This breathtaking Bell and Ross R.S.20 Limited Edition watch boasts an aesthetic inspired by the world of motor racing with a 45mm satin polished titanium and matte ceramic case, black PVD bi-directional rotating bezel with time marker, rocker mono-pusher and an exquisite sapphire crystal exhibition case back. Displayed proudly through the case back is the BR-CAL.283 hand-wound flying tourbillon movement which powers the 4 day power reserve, central hands for hours, minutes and chronograph seconds, 30 minute counter at 11 o’clock, 60 second counter at 1 o’clock, power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock and flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock. The unmissable steel and black skeletonised dial takes inspiration from the complexity of the engines found in the Renault F1 cars and showcases bold yellow accents, skeletonised Superluminova filled hands and large metal applique indices for ultimate legibility.
