Dimmable LED technology has come a long way - from flickery, unusable efforts that were almost impossible to marry up with a complatible dimmer module - to the more modern, smooth and easily usable bulbs currently available that, when installed with a much easier to find LED dimmer module, will provide easy and contollable dimming for many years. One problem that has continued to plague dimmable LED bulbs however is that LED chips will tend to appear cooler in colour temperature the further they are dimmed. This is especially problematic for warm white LED chips, it rather defeats the point of having warm white bulbs if they don't remain warm white when dimmed. Here to solve that problem is the Bell 05513 6w Dim to Warm LED GU10 bulb, a normal 6w LED GU10 lamp will remain warm in colour temperature thanks to its unique LED chip. The chip combines a normal 2700k portion and another that rates at 2300k and it is this portion that takes over as the lamp is dimmed, mixing in with the 2700k part of the chip, keeping the light output a comforting and relaxing warm white; allowing you to create that perfect light level for chilled evenings or just because sometimes, full brightness is too much.
