All my mugs are drawn, designed & individually handpressed by myself in my little home studio. You are therefore getting a unique design from my store. This mug comes with the caption 'Love is not Cancelled' on the front & a personalised message on the back. Size These mugs are roughly 9cm Tall & hold 10oz. Care I pride myself on using top quality products, using AAA quality mugs & printing with special inks. They are dishwasher safe, however I would recommend handwashing to preserve the life & quality of your item. Shipping - UK orders Your special mug will be shipped out using a smash proof card board box. I aim to ship within 1-3 days & offer free 2nd class delivery within the UK. If you require an order more urgently you can pay to upgrade to 1st class or RM24 hour tracked delivery at the checkout. Our Postal Workers are currently working really hard to keep up with the demand on delivery services but please be aware that they are advising customers of possible delays to their usual timescales & in more extreme cases it could take up to 10 working days for your parcel to arrive.
