Description
The Barbour Beaufort jacket was first introduced in 1983 and was inspired by Dame Margaret Barbour's visits to France. The name 'Beaufort' highlights the continental character of the jacket - it is shorter than traditional shooting jackets and has a distinctive full length rear pocket which is nylon lined. To celebrate 125 years of Barbour they have re-engineered this iconic coat and made a limited edition version which features the original Barbour Dress Gordon lining, as well as a few feminine twists. The Beaufort drew special attention when it was worn by Helen Mirren in the 2007 film 'The Queen'. Sales of the jacket doubled following its release.Key FeaturesLimited edition ladies Beaufort jacketDesigned to celebreate 125 years of BarbourA true Barbour iconMediumweight Barbour 6oz WaxPure cotton Barbour Dress Gordon liningCorduroy collarTwo way zipTwo large bellow pocketsTwo zipped handwarmer pocketsExtra zip pocket underneath the storm flapStudded storm flyStudded for optional hoodManufacturer's code:LWX0981SG51- SageBARAAW19F
