From the Steve Mc Queen™ International collection, the Merchant jacket is a bomber-style waxed jacket made with a tough waxed cotton outer, inspired by the jackets worn by the American actor and racer. Durable enough for everyday, the Merchant is a simple, robust jacket that's medium weight with a quilted nylon lining for extra warmth. A corduroy-lined funnel neck with stud close gives the classic International look. Ribbed fabric on the sleeves and waist allow extra wind protection and stud-close angled pockets keep hands free. To complete the Steve Mc Queen™-inspired look, wear the Merchant jacket with the Edge polo shirt and Joshua cord trousers. Barbour wax jackets can be taken in to be re-waxed or repaired at any time through authorised partners around the world. We recommend that you re-wax your jacket annually depending on wear to prolong its life and smaller products such as hoods, belts and dog coats can also be re-waxed.
