When the pan cools after use the THERMOTION indicator falls again. So you can see at a glance when the universal pan is cool enough and can be safely touched and washed. Another special feature is the Nerolite non-stick coating. This particularly scratch-resistant coating is very durable and efficiently reduces burning of your food. The aluminium base with Radiant Induction technology has a stainless steel disc and ensures perfect heat distribution and storage so that the pan is also suitable for induction.
