The 28.5 cm long kitchen gadget from our Rosso range effortlessly smooths out batter, creams or fillings – this makes it ideal for delicious cakes or desserts like tiramisu. And it goes without saying that the spatula can also remove the last bits of batter from your bowl, as the flexible, high quality silicone material adapts perfectly to any shape. The silicone is also food safe and heat resistant up to 230 °C. It is not suitable for use in the oven itself or in the microwave, however. And when the job is done? Then cleaning the spatula is truly “semplice”. After all, the pastry scraper is dishwasher safe. Its ergonomic handle sits comfortably and does not slip in the hand.
