Berndes This saucepan is made from 100% recycled aluminium cans. The former beverage or tin cans are cleaned and melted down, so 29 cans can be turned into this pot. The sealing is also sustainable: nothing sticks to it. B.nature sealing is a resistant coating made of quartz - free of plastics, PFOA or heavy metals. Quartz is a mineral in the earth's crust which is very hard and therefore hardly susceptible to scratches and abrasion. It impresses with its durability, highest heat resistance, excellent heat conduction, and improved non-stick effect and easy cleaning. Furthermore, the robust, PFOA-free material guarantees an unadulterated taste of fresh ingredients. The plus point par excellence: the cookware is recyclable and, thanks to minimised packaging, even better for the ecological footprint. Of course, this pot is suitable for use on all types of cookers, i.e. induction, gas, electric, glass-ceramic and halogen. The ferromagnetic induction base is additionally coated with a black sealant to protect it from oxidation - so it can even be cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems. The ergonomically shaped designer plastic handles remain pleasantly cool when used on the stove. A further bonus of the handle is that it is double screwed, making wobbly handles a thing of the past and ensuring greater safety in daily use. The saucepan is perfect for preparing desserts such as rice pudding, semolina porridge or porridge, even delicious sauces are excellent.
