The tread compound has a new 'high dispersibility' silica formula that gives a quick warm-up and maximum grip in all weathers. This compound delivers improved stopping distanced in wet braking tests. The Aramid fibres are positioned closely for high speed stability and wear. With the shoulder sections of this tyre, the aramid fibres are widely spaced to give an increased footprint in corners and greatly increases grip.The Avon GP uses the A25 racing compound for superb grip in all weather conditions. This classic looking tyre is built to the best of modern standards.
