The Authentic Reissue 44 LX Shoes borrow details from the original Authentic while offering modernised comfort with upgraded Ortholite sockliners. Along with throwback details like the original style number, higher glossed foxing tape, original drill lining weight, and cotton laces, these classic lace-up shoes feature canvas uppers to complete the look. COMPOSITION RUBBER: Made with responsibly sourced natural rubber and obtained from sources that follow proven sustainable practice with the intention of reducing impact on the planet. Bio based EVA: The EVA foam footbed and midsole, made using at least 25% biobaased materials derived from plants, is USDA Certified Biobased. Regenerative cotton: Upper (and lining) fabric is made with 100% US cotton from farmers using agricultural practices that can help improve soils ability to absorb carbon. Regenerative Rubber: The natural rubber (60% of the compound) in the outsole is sourced from farms using regenerative practices which promote biodiversity, enhance water cycles, improve soil health, and sequester carbon.
