Description
The Atomic Backland helmet has been designed specifically for ski tourers with all their needs considered. As it's multi-norm certified it passes the safety standards for skiing, climbing, and cycling. Hybrid construction uses an EPP Edge Protection foam in the lower section, and an EPS foam upper resulting in a helmet that’s lightweight, safe, and durable. The outer Polycarbonate shell has additional PC Microshells which provide added structural reinforcement. Atomic’s Holo Core liner works like a crumple zone on a car by absorbing shock from an impact, and AMID foam deflects energy from angled falls; together they surpass industry stands by up to 40%. Aircon venting is simple but effective enabling air to flow easily, and the removable/washable liner is warm and breathable.
