On offer are these lovely antique sugar / ice tongs. They're in good condition overall, the silver plating shines up well still - light ware over the high points exposing the base nickel silver (brassy tone) as well as notable light scuffs & scratches commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm & character of them. They're of traditional form, each arm has been beautifully decorated with the Kings pattern & the grips feature a shell pattern back. Sheffield produced by Daniel & Arter, circa late 19th / early 20th century. These tongs measure 15.2cm (6 inches) in length & are ready to be collected & enjoyed once again!
