Mesh Upper
Constructed using a Polyester Mesh upper, the Asolo Tahoe Walking Boots provide you with an extremely breathable boot with plenty of protection. The upper works to keep the feet protected from debris and sharp objects thanks to its close-knit whilst allowing cool air to flow and simultaneously remove unwanted heat. The Tahoe features the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining that offers non-insulated protection to keep you dry and comfortably cool in moderate to warm conditions and during higher activity levels. To avoid damp feet, and therefore dampened spirits, the GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the boot; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfortable. A rubber toe cap also provides protection from loose debris and rocks. Completing the upper is a thermo-shaped tongue to guarantee the best possible fit and a webbing lacing system to ensure a precise and fast lace-up, so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
Mono Density EVA MidsoleThe midsole of the Supertrek Walking Boots uses a mono-density EVA to provide long-lasting cushioning and outstanding underfoot comfort. The EVA feels soft underfoot for increased comfort on expeditions but, the foam also provides ample support to spare your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. The midsole ensures you can go further for longer by inundating shocks and protecting your feet when striking down and also disperses the shocks to propel you forward. Increasing underfoot comfort, the walking boots include an Ortholite footbed that, provides additional cushioning whilst also being highly wicking and breathable, keeping you cool and dry. Not only this but Asolo has incorporated AS-Tech technology to give the wearer additional structure and torsion stability.
Asolo Cross OutsoleComplteing the Asolo Tahoe GORE-TEX Walking Boots is an Asolo Cross outsole with Sigma Grip Compound. Developed to provide excellent grip and durability, the EVA outsole is perfect for outdoor activities. Ensuring multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. It is also highly durable meaning no matter what you throw at it, the Asolo Supertrek will perform time and time again. Lastly, the outsole has self-cleaning lugs designed for optimum performance on varying types of terrain.
