Technical Mesh Upper
The Trabuco Max 3 utilises a technical mesh upper, providing enhanced breathability and excellent comfort. This also keeps you feeling cool and focused on the trail ahead and thanks to the strategically placed perforations, the shoes allow a constant supply of airflow. Minimal synthetic overlays wrap the shoe for increased support during lateral movements, while an internal heel counter anchors your foot to the midsole, reducing in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. Finally, the shoes have a traditional lace-up system for providing you with a locked-in secure feel, whilst the laces also remain in place, thanks to the smart lace loops provided.
At least 50% of its primary upper consists of recycled materials. We've also used less water and carbon emissions to produce the shoe's sockliner. Better for you, better for the environment.
FF Blast Plus MidsoleThe Trabuco Max 3 has been constructed using FlyteFoam Blast Plus cushioning which provides the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. These layers of protection, bounce, and comfort provide you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. Its reinforced, organic fibres let the material bounce back to its original shape after every run so that you can train harder, more frequently, and for longer without the worry your shoes might not be able to take it. Alongside this, the shoes use Guidesole technology, which is a sole construction that consists of a responsive toe spring that's been scientifically proven to save energy over long runs. Due to the reduced load placed on limbs from footstrike to toe-off, the technology gives trail runners more potential to run further since they'll be using up less energy.
ASICSGRIP Rubber OutsoleASICS proprietary outsole rubber provides high grip on various terrain, without compromising durability. The ASICSGRIP outsole offers improved grip on a range of surfaces especially wet and slippery conditions, giving you confidence on the trail. The lugged outsole pattern features ASICSGRIP rubber while incorporating an uphill and downhill lug pattern for improved agility when navigating varying topography.
