The beginning of the 90's was rich in sports models ASICS. One of the representatives of that period is Gel-Respector, created in 1991. This running model was created for people who value a perfect fit above all else. Creating a new, rather aggressive silhouette, the designers modeled on the ASICS alliance from 1985-in the original version, this was indicated by a wavy pattern in the rear part of the sole. There was also excellent cushioning, based on different densities of the sole and the gel cushion. This solution, in turn, is well known from the slightly older Gel-Lyte family. In addition, the stabilization of the foot, which is supported by a TPU-molded fastener.
