The Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel-Lyte 3. 1 “Super Blue” is a welcome addition to the continuous collaboration between the NYC-based footwear designer and Asics. Here, donning a “Super Blue” theme as an ode to the first Fieg x Asics release, the Gel-Lyte 3. 1 features a dark blue suede base with hairy blue suede overlays along the upper contrasts the look. White embroidered “Gel Fieg” branding is located on the light blue accenting located on the forefoot. The modernized sole unit features a cream white shade of foam with blue Gel inserts to put the finishing touches on the special construction. The Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel-Lyte 3. 1 “Super Blue” was released on October 7th, 2019.
