The mattress is upholstered in a soft and responsive stretch knit fabric and benefits from a micro quilted finish that ensures the fillings stay in place. Set with these fillings is a layer of cool blue gel; a temperature regulating and pressure relieving material designed to offer a cooler nights sleep. At the core of the mattress is a pocket spring interior; a sleep system made up of totally independent springs housed within their own cloth sleeve. This flexibility means the load on one coil is not affected by any surrounding springs, resulting in piston-like support to each part of your body. A high-density foam encapsulates the pocket spring system, adding strength to the border and allowing you to sleep right up to the mattress edge. One-sided, the Gel Support mattress does not need to be flipped over, but we recommend that you rotate it regularly to enhance its support and comfort.
