White LED floor lamp Cadmo with indirect lighting effect The all-white Cadmo LED floor lamp was designed by Karim Rashid in 2013. The steel body of the lamp is almost bent into a cylinder; the curvature runs irregularly, so that a larger area remains open in the lower and upper area. An integrated LED lamp (dimmable via touch dimmer) emits warm white light upwards, so that an indirect illumination is achieved via the ceiling. In addition, a downward shining GU10 LED lamp is used, whose light emphasizes the shape of the corpus. Karim Rashid is one of the most successful designers of his generation. He has created more than 4000 designs in production and has received over 300 awards for his creations. He collaborates with clients in over 40 countries, his work is represented in 20 permanent collections and he exhibits art in galleries worldwide. For the Italian designer lighting manufacturer Artemide, he has also designed numerous other lighting series in addition to Cadmo.
