Oris watches and Williams have partnered again to bring their customers another sporty, powerful and technical watch that brings the glamour of the Formula 1 world into a contemporary watch collection. This timepiece is one of the most innovative in the brands history, with a carbon fibre and titanium case with specially patented carbon fibre derived from processes used by Williams in the Formula 1, never seen before in watch making. Oris have exploited the full potential of carbon fibre by harnessing its rigour, water tightness and strength by using the same fibre polymers used in racing car monocoques and steering wheels.. Fortified within the carbon fibre and titanium case is the Oris watches 674 calibre automatic movement that is hidden behind the closed case back that is engraved with the number 77, Bottas’ car number, and his name. Housed beneath the scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass with antireflective treatment is a black carbon fibre dial with applied numerals and blue and white indices and hands set with Superluminova for optimal visibility even in the dark. The Oris Williams Valtteri Bottas Limited Edition watch is completed by a striking black rubber strap with a black plated titanium folding clasp for easy wear and comfort.
