Oris Watch Big Crown ProPilot Rega Fleet Bombardier Challenger 650 HB-JWC Limited Edition 01 798 7773 4284 HB-JWC-Set. The Bombardier Challenger 650 BH JWC aircraft is part of Rega’s fleet of 21 lifesaving air rescue aircraft. The non profit organisation operates across the Swiss Alps and relies solely on donations from Swiss patrons to complete its vital work, saving lives and administering emergency medical treatment to critical patients. Oris has partnered up with the air rescue team to create a series of limited edition pilot’s watches that promise all the key characteristics of the popular Big Crown ProPilot watch first developed back in 1938. The watch is limited to 100 pieces worldwide and crafted from stainless steel with a gunmetal PVD coated finish. The back of the 41mm case is engraved with an image of the HB JWC aircraft, along with its unique tail number and a limited edition number for the series. The watch is also topped with a double domed sapphire crystal glass front and is fitted with an easy grip crown. Powered by the Oris 798, this Big Crown ProPilot Rega Fleet Limited Edition watch provides a useful 42 hour power reserve and presents the time on a matte black dial with an additional red arrow tipped GMT hand that works in conjunction with a 24 hour scale for a second time zone feature. In addition to this, pilots also requested a pulsometer scale on the bidirectional rotating bezel to assist with medical emergencies. The black coated second hand is topped in white luminous material, whilst the minute and hour hands, together with an Arabic numeral hour track get a full coating of Super LumiNova. The dial also features a red Rega log and a date window. The limited edition Oris Rega Fleet watch envelops the wrist with a black leather strap but can be alternated with an additional red rubber strap provided with each purchase, along with a strap changing tool.
