Description
Carlos Coste made it to the Guinness Book of World Records after completing a 150-metre freedive without an apparatus. Oris honoured this achievement through the creation of the Carlos Coste Chronograph Limited Edition. The timepiece is equipped with Oris 674 automatic calibre, a modification of ETA 7750. The movement performs 28 800 vibrations per hour and has 25 bearing jewels. A 42-hour power reserve is available for the convenience of the wearer. Hands and indices are luminous for improved night time visibility. The chronograph of the watch has a 1/4 second centre hand, as well as 60-second, 30-minute and 12-hour registers. A date display appears at the 6 o'clock mark. Additional useful features include security folding clasp with extension, helium valve for pressure adjustments, screw-in security crown, titanium case back with engravings and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating.
