This incredible Junghans Max Bill Limited Edition watch and clock set commemorates Junghan’s relationship with Max Bill which stretches all the way back to 1956. Architect and painter Max Bill is acknowledged as one of the greatest timepiece designers in Europe and his unrivalled energy for clarity and precision in design can be seen in the entirety of the Junghans Max Bill watch collection. Limited to only 222 pieces, this Max Bill Limited Edition consists of a breathtaking chronograph watch and a table clock decorated with Max Bill’s ‘variation 15’ spiral art on the casing.. The watch within this Junghans Max Bill Limited Edition set measures to 40mm in size and comes presented in glistening stainless steel. Hidden within is the self-winding movement J880.2 which provides hour, minute, chronograph seconds, 30 minutes counter, 12 hour counter, day and date function and a power reserve of 48 hours. Each of the functions are presented beautifully on a matte silver plated dial decorated with luminous hands and housed beneath sapphire crystal glass. The table clock within this Junghans Max Bill Limited Edition set measures to 165 x 175mm and is presented in a stunning black wood case with the Editions graphic ‘variation15’ motif printed on the back. Hidden within is the J915.1 mechanical movement which provides hour and minute function and an 8 day power reserve. Each of the functions are presented on a matte white dial housed beneath classic mineral glass.
