Considered some of the best quartz movements in the world, the Grand Seiko 9F series has underpinned the Japanese watch manufacturer’s pursuit for accuracy, durability, beauty and ease, reinforcing them as one of the finest luxury watch brands in the industry. The 9F82 quartz calibre is no exception, aged and riotously tested over a period of three months to ensure the only the most accurate and best-performing components are used within this Grand Seiko Quartz watch. The Grand Seiko Heritage Quartz 9F82 cements its brilliance by offering all the same functionality as the standard Calibre 9F62 but this time comes in a little larger to fit in the increased case size of 40mm. The automatic winding movement also delivers an incredibly accuracy of +/- 10 seconds per year alongside sleek hands for hours, minutes and seconds and a date window at 3 o’clock. The handsome blue coloured dial sits at the centre of the 40mm stainless steel case kitted out with a smooth fixed bezel, screw in crown, stainless steel bracelet and screw down case back decorated with the legendary Grand Seiko lion emblem. Thanks to the screw down case back, the Grand Seiko Heritage Quartz promises a water resistant rating of 100 metres while the scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass has been especially treated with an anti-reflective coating on the inner surface to optimate the dial’s legibility.
