Ball became recognised around the world for setting the official railroad standard of timekeeping which greatly influenced the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute, or COSC, that sets the standard for current mechanical watch accuracy today. This Ball Engineer II Marvelight watch is one of their most practical and sophisticated timepieces that reflects the extensive and experienced heritage of the brand.  This stunning Ball Engineer II Marvelight watch boasts an impressive 40mm stainless steel case embracing the automatic calibre BALL RR1103 movement equipped with the brand’s famous SpringLOCK patented hairspring anti-shock system and a water resistance of 100 metres. Housed within the scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass is a striking silver dial set with a total of 14 micro gas tubes on the hour, minute and second hands. These markers are made of 1mm thick green micro gas tubes that will glow in the dark for up to 25 years without requiring any recharge. To complete the timepiece, a sophisticated stainless steel bracelet is added alongside a folding style clasp.
