Ball became recognised around the world for setting the official railroad standard of timekeeping which greatly influenced the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute, or COSC, that sets the standard for current mechanical watch accuracy today. This Ball Engineer II Magneto Valor II watch is one of their most practical and sophisticated timepieces that reflects the extensive and experienced heritage of the brand.  This stunning Ball Engineer II Magneto Valor II watch boasts an impressive 42mm stainless steel case embracing the automatic calibre BALL RR1103-CSL movement equipped with the brand’s famous SpringLOCK patented hairspring anti-shock system and a water resistance of 100 metres. Housed within the scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass is a striking black dial set with a total of 15 micro gas tubes on the hour, minute and second hands. These markers are made of 1mm thick green micro gas tubes that will glow in the dark for up to 25 years without requiring any recharge. To complete the timepiece, a sophisticated black leather strap and stainless steel buckle is added.
